Seth W. Stein, Esq., Principal

Seth Stein has been practicing real estate law for over 20 years, first working as an associate at Herrick, Feinstein in New York, then forming Greenberg Nicoletta & Stein, before transitioning to his current boutique firm which services all aspects of real estate and business transactional law in the Tri-State Area, the Northeast and throughout the United States.

Outside of the office, Seth sits on the Board of Surprise Lake Camp Association for the last dozen years, having served as the secretary of the Camp’s Alumni Association and Vice President. His love for Surprise Lake Camp goes back to his first summer camp experience in 1982, which eventually led him on to work as a counselor and a supervisor.

Seth received his BA from Binghamton University and his JD from Cardozo School of Law.  He is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations.

Representative Transactions:

  • Sale of multi-unit residential property consisting of 325 units in Florida.

  • Purchase of multi-tenanted biotech facility in Colorado, and subsequent involvement in repositioning the property, including all leases for incoming tenants, and representing the sale of said facility.

  • Refinancing of seven (7) property mixed-use portfolio with a large residential component in New York City.

  • Purchase of multiple sites for the development of car wash business operations.

  • Purchase of multiple sites for the development of laundromat business operations.

  • Advising clients on all aspects towards the creation of a multi-state real estate portfolio, including retail, commercial, office, and multi-family assets.
